My Blue and Gold Macaw Papaya came into the world April 30th 2008. We found him through a very friendly and helpful breeder and brought him home May 24th, 2008. He was tiny, bald, and alien looking. I read everywhere that baby parrots are like human newborns...it's true, they too depend on you for everything! Being able to have the opportunity to hand-feed our little baby has been both the most amazing and rewarding experience I've encountered with any animal.
